In General

It’s good to see some traditions hasn’t died. During our house hunt, we had a chance to visit many houses and meet the house-owners. While we bid adieu from their homes, the house-owner’s wife would invariably offer ‘kum kum’ to my wife and mother. (Kum Kum is the red coloured powder that womenfolk in India keep on their forehead) This tradition is common to witness in villages and its very heartening to see it alive in cities too.
