Today is the Marathon day. Kept two alarms at 3:30 a.m. But couldn't sleep. Kept tossing and turning. Woke up even before the alarms rang. It's very typical. The same thing happened the last two marathons as well.
Ate some plain white rice at 4:00 in the morning. Rice has excellent carbs and wanted to load up on a few. This came recommened.

I'm meeting Kamala Subramanian, a close college pal, after 10 long years. She's flying in from the US today morning. So I'm doing a quick drive to the airport to meet her before rushing off to the marathon venue. More on this later.
