Cutting my toe nails. Running with a big toe nail is a surefire guarantee for a really painful run.

Extra insoles to add in that extra cushion. Less strain for the knees.

My wife preparing concentrated lemon juiced spiced up with lots of sugar and salt. I'm gonna be profusely sweating and need to replenish energy.
