I just finished the first leg of my teaching at BIM (Bharatidasan Institute of Management), Trichy. I try and steer away from traditional PPT driven teaching and instead choose to tap into the collective knowledge of the students. Before teaching a subject, the entire class is broken into small grops to do assignments on the subject. Because most of the students come with work expereince, this helps them to share their learning on the subject. The then share their lessons to the rest of their classmates.
