Try a Different Dish When I Eat Out 

Last year, for a few months I experimented with a challenge of never dining at the same restaurant twice. I loved this as it challenged me to explore different restaurants and not necessarily go to my favourite ones.  This year, I’m upping the challenge even more. While eating out at restaurants, I’m taking on the challenge of not repeating the same food item twice. That’s right. If I have Mysore masala dosa, I can’t have it for the rest of the year. However, I’m at liberty to try out Onion Masala Dosa, Ghee Dosa, Podi Dosa, Neer Dosa etc. (all only once though!)  Honestly, with the huge variety of food available, it is quite easy to accomplish this challenge. My goal is to give preference to the food items that I have not tasted before.  I’m quite bullish and optimistic for this challenge. It will be a lovely exploratory adventure.
