Reel to real ? If one were to go by the new movie H20 ( yeah, this is the name of the movie ), Tamilnadu will get water from Karnataka. In this movie, Upendra and Prabhu Deva fight for the heroine, conveniently called Kaveri and finally Prabhu Deva wins the girl. The point to be noted is that Upendra is a well known actor from Karnataka and Prabhu Deva is a well known actor from Tamilnadu. And they fight for “Kaveri” which is a none-too veiled description of the the ongoing cauveri water problem between the two states. What’s surprising is that the film, with such a sensitive take, HAS NOT YET caused any uprising, especially in Karnataka. The distant Malaysia has played it safe by banning the movie !!
