Pissed with Lays : What’s the point in paying lakhs to Saif and Kaif, if they can’t even make the packets easy to open. I get so irritated trying to yank the packet open. I almost always end up using my teeth. They should learn a lesson from ‘Parle Hide & Seek biscuit packets. Talk of usability.
