Vive Les Blogs : The Second French Revolution

It looks like a great blog event that took place in Paris. I was surprised to hear that French is the second most blogged language after English. Even high profile politicians like ex-Prime Minister of France, Alain Juppe, have their own blogs.

There also seems to be political backing for blogging in France. The Les Blogs event was held in the Senate House! That’s the equivalent of an Indian Blog event happening in Rastrapathi Bhavan!

Another startling figure is that almost half of school children in France are bloggers. That’s a stupendous 3 million kids rattling away. Whoa!
