I’ve been kinda saddend seeing some of the free sites which have been giving useful service go pay or worse, kick the bucket. Sites like GeoCounter, Pbase… which have been good works by dedicated individuals have met their fate. I feel if we could have supported them in any way possible, they need not have reached the status they are in now. That’s why, nowadays, whenever i visit StatCounter or other free service, I make it a point to click their banner everyday. If most of us do the same, who knows, it could make a big difference to the person giving us the free service.
