EyeWonder is a streaming video technolgy product that allows you to plug in a video inside a webpage and does not require any special player at the user’s computer. Sounds good but doesn’t work that good. I just saw an ad for CA and General Motors on the Net and am far from impressed.

The videos take a long time to stream and are jerky, even for a DSL connection. I don’t even want to think about its state in a dial-up. It’s a great technology alright and will take online advertsing to the next level…but that’s only if we all have access to high speed net connections. It’s a technology definitely worth watching.
