It’s 2:00 a.m and I should actually be sleeping but with just 5 hours to go for the start of the Marathon, I’m beginning to feel pretty restless. It’s the same feeling I have on the night before a job interview or the finals of the Rowing regatta. I tried the warm milk, tried the sheeps, tried deep breathing but with little effect. Well, what the heck… might as well stay awake and hit the roads straight.
