I wanted to book flight tickets at Indian Airlines and decided to do a bit of a info search online. Here’s my experience.

1) I log on to www.indianairlines.com , what I think logically to be the airline’s website. Not so. This domain has been cybersqatted. I had to turn to google to get me the right website www.indian-airlines.com. I wonder what stops them from legally or monetarily acquiring the domain.

2) I check their fares and they only give one way ticket prices. No round trip prices. I think they expect us to mentally multiply the ticket prices by 2.

3) All their phone numbers are old. They assume all of us to automatically add the number ‘2’ before the number.
