Webby Awards : Have you checked out the 2002 winners ? These are supposed to be the Oscars of the Net. I checked out the “Best Personal Website” category and should say that I’m far from impressed. I’ve known many websites which are much better than the ones that got nominated ….heck, even the one that won.Then I figured out why. If you want to give a shot at this award, you need to fork out a whopping $100 ( that’s nearly 5000 rupees ). And that’s early bird pricing !! How many people would’ve bothered to fork out 5 grand ?! Not the best way to decide the best website.
