Reliance Infocomm’s introductory mobile rates looks inviting. But it looks too good to be true. ( Free handset, Free incoming calls, 10 paise for 15 secs of outgoing call, Free voicemail, Free Internet surfing, Free audio & video downloads.. ). There has to be a catch somewhere. Gotto be careful to read between the lines.
