I’m getting my daughter’s head tonsured today. We’re traveling to Thiruverkadu, a temple town near Chennai, to do a special pooja. We are fulfilling a vow we made when she was in her mom’s womb.

I would miss my dauther’s silky soft smooth hair. We wanted to take photos of her before she gets tonsured. Finished two rolls of films. Just like those dream song sequences in bollywood movies, we made her wear five different sets of dresses for the photoshoot. It was fun.
