New version of Blogger is to be rolled out soon. And its called Dano. Dunno why its called Dano. I hope its a code name for the project and not a replacement for the name ‘Blogger’. Changing the name would be a branding suicide. This is the first major change after Google bought over Blogger. To know more about this project read the FAQ and the release notes.

There are positive reviews trickling in from people who have tested the trial version. Arnab has started an exclusive blog to discuss the new version of Blogger. If you want to chip in your thoughts to this blog, let him know. On my request, Arnab sent me an invite to join the blog but I could never join in. Looks like a technical glitch.

Dano is expected to roll out in a month’s time. It’ll be interesting to follow its progress.
