Running to Office

It’s just 20 days to go for the Chennai Marathon. I’m not getting as much training as I should. My mates at the Runners Club, however, are going great guns. So I thought I’ll fit the training right into my office routine. Instead of cycling to work, I’ll now run. Twice a week. That’s from Virugambakkam to Tidel Park. 13 Kms one way. It doesn’t amount to even the half marathon length, I know, but hey, that’s a start.

This means, I’ll have to pack another set of formal dress and place it at office, So I can run tomorrow without a bag slung to my back.

Note to myself : Buy those new shoes today evening, goddammit!
