The Perils Of Being The Eldest ‘Mapillai’ 🙂

My brother-in-law’s marriage happens next week. Being the eldest mapillai (son-in-law), there’s a lot of respect. This actually means more responsibility 🙂

An important task is to personally invite people. Invitations via telephone, emails or courier is a No No. Personal invitation is important. So, yesterday started off with visits to many homes.

At every home, people insist you drink or eat. Turning it down is not an option. So, within two hours, I’ve consumed Coffee, Buttermilk, Payasam, Viva, and Pepsi. Take my advice… never try out the combination of these drinks! Oh Boy!
