The Best Time to Have Your Birthday

Today is my elder daughter’s 5th birthday. Gosh! How quickly these girls grow. It just look like the other day when she fitted snugly on both my palms outside the labour room.

And its great that her birthday falls on a Saturday, this year. I’m hoping to spend the whole day with her, a luxury I didn’t get to enjoy the previous birthdays.

Timing wise, both my daughter’s have found the most opportune time to be born – the first week of the month! Yes, the time when my bank account is guaranteed to have the salary credited. This way, both of them can enjoy a fairly good birthday celebrations. If it was even one week later, there’s the certain risk of the money getting ripped apart with various other expenses. So, that’s a relief.

Now, to get started with the decorations in the house!
