Of Great Products & Premium Prices

I’m a sucker for pani pooris. Yesterday, I tasted some of the best pani pooris in this side of India, thanks to this guy below. He runs a road side outfit on Nungambakkam High Road. This guy isn’t cheap though. At Rs.15 for a plate of 5 pooris, he is at least three times more expensive than than the normal roadside vendors. Yet, not only did I not complain but I walked away feeling good.

Moral: Give a great product and you can get away with charging a premium.
