The Chennai Runners will be meeting tomorrow morning for a training with a difference.

First 5 minutes: Casual Jog
1 min: Fast run
1 min: Rest
2 minutes: Fast run
1 min: Rest
4 minuets: Fast run
1 min: Rest
2 min: Fast run
1 min: Rest
1 min: Fast run
1 min: Rest

Repeat whole cycle one more time.

It may look easy but that 4 minute fast run will be a killer. Its tougher than it looks. This is a training to improve both speed and stamina. The beauty of training with Chennai Runners is the variety and the team work.
