The Privatisation of Electricity Dept?

Well, that’s what it looks like when you hear the incident that took place today. Our apartment has been facing chronic power cuts off late. After a series of complaints, the electricians came and made a stop gap arrangement with a promise to fix the problem for good.

After waiting for more than a month, we called again to ask about the permanent solution and this is what the Assistant Engineer recommends. He says that all the electricians are busy and hence he would recommend a private electrical contractor.

Now, why would we pay for something that the government should do for free?

He quickly retorted, “You want a solution or do you want to wait?”
