Suman is a member of the Global Executive Committee of Euro RSCG. He has also been a member of Euro RSCG’s global planning council & Chairman of the Emerging Markets Planning Council. He led Euro RSCG’s studies on the Remixed Generation which has been done in India, China, Mexico & Brazil.

Suman cut his teeth working on Unilever brands. He has been closely involved in insightful communication strategy with Food and beverage, FMCG, Consumer durable, software, dot com and financial service brands. His interests are reading, tennis, trend spotting and training. Also making creative cocktails.

Suman Srivastava is an Economics graduate and an MBA from the Indian institute of Management at Ahmedabad.

R.Sukumar is the Managing Editor of Mint, the business newspaper from the stable of HT Media, launched in association with The Wall Street Journal.

There are a couple of things that motivated me to do this podcast.

1) Amongst all financial dailies, I like Mint the best for its content, style and looks.

2) I liked how Mint attempted to integrate audio and video podcasts to regular print news coverage.

3) I heard Sukumar moderate a panel discussion at the IAMAI Markeing Conclave and he impressed me with his candor, wit and incisiveness.

I caught up with him right after his session finished and asked him his views on an integrated newsroom. If you are associated with any sort of media, this would make for an useful listening.
