Jo Harlow is a marketing and operations professional with more than 20 years of experience in consumer and retail marketing, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Nokia Corporation. Harlow is responsible for providing leadership and vision to Nokia Mobile Phones marketing globally.

Prior to her global role, Harlow was Vice President of Marketing for North America. Among her many accomplishments, Harlow led Nokia’s North America marketing organization through the successful launch of a series of Nokia Experience Centers around North America and Nokia-branded theater venues in the United States. The Nokia Experience Centers are concept stores placed in metropolitan cities such as Chicago, Las Vegas, Dallas and New York which provide a retail venue where consumers can experience and learn about Nokia devices without the pressure of purchasing. The Nokia Theater venues are a collaboration between Nokia and AEG Live and are part of the ‘Nokia Unwired’ marketing platform, which brings live music to fans through concert tours and music-oriented TV programming. There are Nokia Theater locations in Dallas, Times Square New York and Los Angeles.

Harlow joined Nokia in 2003, after a successful 18 year career at Reebok and Procter and Gamble. Harlow earned a reputation for developing and implementing successful marketing organizations and strategies to achieve volume growth and market share goals. During her tenure as Reebok’s Vice President of Marketing for Western Europe, she served a dual role as the General Manager for Reebok France where she had full profit and loss responsibility as well as responsibility for all operations.

Harlow earned a B.S. degree in Psychology from Duke University and captained the Division 1 women’s basketball team.
