SAD. *Real Sad*. Most of us here in office are let down after England’s defeat. A bunch of us bunked office and holed up at a friend’s place for the game. Too bad it had to end this way.

Two days back, a small interview of mine with my mugshot appeared ina supplement of Indian Express. Nothing big actually…. it was a people’s voice column and the paper wanted to know what changes I would make if I were given the power to start an engineering college. I got a call a week back and I rattled off what came to my mind. The bottomline is that it felt good seeing my mugshot on the paper. Talk of Petty kicks !!

Phones ringing off the hook, stack of gifts, bunch of cards, flurry of wishes, garlands, cakes…..and then somebody woke me up !! 🙂

Today is my birthday. Not all of the above happened but still it was a great day to start. We had a nice family get together ..my folks had come all the way from Pondicherry. It’s not very flattering that it’s gonna be my last year in the twenties. It still hasn’t hit me that I’m actually getting old. Oh well, what the hell…I’m gonna live like I’m 18. You said it right, Bryan.

I switched over to the new Beta Yahoo! Mail. Other than a new look, there’s nothing really which you can call as a big upgrade. Nevertheless, its worth the shift. It just took me a couple of seconds to switch over and would recommend you to do so too.

After almost two years of patient waiting and constant tracking, I finally managed to wrest away my domain name www.Kiruba.com from the squatters. Yeah, this means you can reach me more easily now.

I’m BACK ! Yoohoo !! I can’t believe that it’s been over two weeks that I’ve been away from blogdom. No, my absence wasn’t due to the accident. It’s got to do with my server space. A small goofup. Now things are alright and it should be business as usual.

My profound apologies for those who have been regularly checking back and finding a stupid humour site.

During my two week absence I received a whole lots of questions and thought I’d jot some of em’.

1. Hey, are you okay ? Your last blog was about an accident and then you vanish. !!

2. Did you start your own server hosting company called eLakshya ?

3. Why on earth would you be stupid enough to start a humour website ?? Besides, the jokes just suck.

4. How much did you sell the domain for ?!

Met with an accident today. Thankfully I came out unhurt. But an eventful accident alright. Hear me talk about it.

Igloo and Pigloo, my two gold fishes on my office table, move into a bigger house today. I’ve finally bought a bigger Fish Bowl for them.
