5 days to go for the rowing races and we are getting pushed to our physical limits by our coach. We are in the final stage of our three months rigorous training…..gruelling ergometer ( rowing machines ) patches, endurance excercises, race starts on the boat … all can really make your body writhe in physical agony. All this is what made us the Regatta Champions last time and we all know that we need to push ourselves to pip the increased competition this time.
