Breakfast : Starting today, I’ll be jotting down what I had for breakfast. I always knew that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But the hustle and bustle of rushing to office has always meant compromising on it. So, I’m giving myself a reason to re-start the good habit that I once used to follow religiously. It’s kinda been an inspiration from this site. Here’s what I had this morning :
- A glass of buttermilk with a tinge of ‘vendiyam’.
- A handful of soaked Chenna
- A banana
- Half a litre of Chocolate Complan
