It can only happen in Chennai !

An entire high road was blocked to conduct a light music. Bang in the middle of the Rangarajapuram high road, a highly traffiked one. There was some kind of holy festival at a small church and its become common place to have a cinema kutcheri to celebrate the event. I was stunned. How can anyone completely cut off a busy road? I’m surprised how the Police gives permission to conduct these functions.
