As technical writers, we interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)on a day to day basis. Is there a technique to make the best use of their knowledge and time? Are there ways to avoid conflicts, problems or issues with SMEs? How can we approach the SMEs? This presentationanswers many such questions that all of us have in mind, but do not know whom to ask for. The presentation also covers current research onthis topic.
