Cell Phones and Blogs will be a big bonanza for TV channels and Newspapers. Whenever a tragedy happens somewhere, there’ll always be someone with a camera phone who’ll shoot quick photos and videos. A few of them will get updated on blogs. Now, all the TV channels need to do is do a blog search to get hold of them.

Case in point: The Alaska Airlines emergency landing incident. The plane’s fuselage gets a big hole, the flight loses pressurization and had to quickly descend 26,000 feet for an emergency landing. A few folks inside take pictues and videos. Easy pickings for news hungry media.
