Even Seen Michael Dell Stumped?

You will in this video. Michael Dell, the CEO of Dell computers, gets asked this question, “So, why aren’t you blogging?” and this gets followed by an awkward silence and an unconvincing answer.

Don’t get me wrong. Michael Dell is a hero to me. This episode only goes to show the importance of CEOs of companies having a direct channel of communication to their users. Blogging and Podcasting could be the means. They don’t have to do it for the users. They have to do it for their own company’s sake.

The video is a good watch. However, its a tad too long at 44 minutes. This particular episode happens between the 5th and 7th minute into the video.
