There are two things that this girl helped sell. Apple Macintosh and… Benadryl.

Nearly 5 years ago, this 14 year old girl became a cult hit, thanks to a dopey appearance in an Apple commercial. It was a notorious runaway hit. I had seen pictures of her earlier and until today, never got to see the video. And boy, did I dig her or what! Must have chain-watched it a dozen times. Those eyes, slurry speech… hmmm.. No wonder she became such an Internet phenomenon.

What’s with Benadryl? Oh, lots of people accused her of being high on grass. She denied it. She only drank Benadryl.

Ah!

For a long time she refused to give interviews. Even to David Letterman and Jay Leno. Five years later, she finally opens up.
